Feeling bored, go to do something else.
當感到無聊時,去做些別的事。
Feeling hungry, think that hundreds of millions of people are hungry than you.
當感到饑餓時,想想看數以億計的人們比你還餓多了。
Feeling tired, think that you’re full of vigor.
當感到疲累時,要想 : 你充滿了活力。
Feeling incompetent, think that you can do it.
當感到無力時,要想 : 你能做成功。
Feeling sad, think some happy things.
當感到傷心時,想些快樂的事。
Feeling angry, think that sulk will injure your life!
當感到生氣時,應該要想 : 生氣會殘害你的生命!
